Create A Stamp Customer Information

Create A Stamp, operated by We Print Today, provides custom rubber stamps, self-inking stamps, professional stamps, traditional hand stamps, stamp pads, replacement ink and related stamping products through our online store.

We want customers to understand our ordering, shipping and return policies before purchasing a customized product. Because many Create A Stamp products are manufactured specifically to each customer's specifications, custom products are handled differently from standard, non-personalized merchandise.

Custom Rubber Stamp Orders

Many products sold by Create A Stamp are custom-made using the text, artwork, logo, professional information or other specifications submitted by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the information submitted with their order for accuracy, including spelling, names, addresses, numbers, dates, professional information and other customized content.

Production & Shipping

Create A Stamp orders are produced and shipped from our location in Kingston, Massachusetts.

Most orders are processed and shipped promptly after the order has been received and the information necessary to produce the product is complete. Production time may vary depending on the product, customization, order quantity and other order requirements.

Available shipping methods and charges are presented during the ordering process when applicable. Delivery times after shipment depend on the selected shipping service and destination.

Customers are notified by email when applicable shipping information becomes available.

Free Shipping

When a free-shipping option is offered, it applies only to qualifying orders and eligible destinations. Free shipping may use an economy shipping method and therefore may take longer to arrive than expedited shipping services.

Customers who require an order by a particular date should select an appropriate expedited shipping option when available or contact Create A Stamp before ordering for assistance.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs requirements, duties, taxes or other destination-specific fees.

Please contact us before placing an international order if you need assistance determining available shipping options.

Returns & Custom Products

Because personalized rubber stamps and other customized products are manufactured specifically for the individual customer, custom-made products generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer needs the item.

If a product is defective, damaged, manufactured incorrectly, or does not match the information submitted and approved with the order, please contact Create A Stamp promptly so we can review the issue.

When Create A Stamp determines that an error or manufacturing defect is our responsibility, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the affected product.

Create A Stamp is not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted information or artwork, including spelling errors, incorrect addresses, incorrect numbers, typographical errors or other incorrect information supplied as part of the order.

Product Appearance

Product images displayed online are intended to represent the products offered by Create A Stamp. Minor differences in appearance, color or positioning may occur due to screen displays, product variations and the custom manufacturing process.

The appearance of a finished custom stamp impression may also vary depending on the artwork supplied, stamp size, ink, stamping surface and manner in which the stamp is used.

Customer-Supplied Artwork & Content

Customers submitting logos, artwork, designs, text or other materials for reproduction represent that they have the necessary rights or permission to use and reproduce those materials.

Create A Stamp and We Print Today reserve the right to decline an order containing material that cannot legally or appropriately be reproduced.

Professional Stamps & Seals

Create A Stamp offers stamps and seals for various professional applications.

Customers ordering professional stamps or seals are responsible for providing accurate professional information and ensuring that the stamp or seal they order complies with requirements applicable to their profession, license, jurisdiction or intended use.
